Reading Interest Survey
After reading The Book Whisper, I really liked the idea of creating a reading survey for my kids to complete the first week of school. I used the model that was provided in the book, but I modified it a little bit for my 4th graders. Here is a copy of the reading survey. Click here to download the document.
